The quality assurance division is responsible for guaranteeing and documenting consistent quality.
Our technical specialists are regularly trained in quality assurance. Our laboratory can provide suitable measuring and other equipment for your analyses. These are not only used to monitor the production process, but also to test and analyse the alloys to ensure adherence to quality standards. The mechanical, physical and chemical analysis results are documented and can be presented to the customer in the form of a detailed factory test certificate.

The quality division of ILNOR SpA ensures that the conditions for certification according to UNI-EN-ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and UNI-EN-ISO 14001 are adhered to at all times. Occupational safety is constantly being monitored and updated according to OHSAS 18001.

INOR SpA employs engineers and workers specialised in the electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields to ensure that the complex production processes from material melting to the final quality control run smoothly and without downtimes.

Part of the maintenance is handled by the company's in-house tool construction department that maintains and produces high-wear tools such as cutting heads, circular blades and ejector rings and ensures that all machinery such as lathes, milling machines and grinders are appropriately equipped.
