- We will endeavour to answer any enquiries as soon as possible, providing you with a free quotation, including conditions and lead times.
- Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation to check, stating all the particulars agreed upon.
- Delivery will be by freight carrier, using the most cost-effective and quickest route as well as suitable packaging.
- Collection is, of course, also possible by agreement.
- We will be glad to inform you about current delivery times and basic metal prices on request.
- All deliveries will, of course, include the test certificates for the products delivered.
- Any accounts set up with ILNOR SpA when ordering product adaptations can also be used to order products from ILNOR GmbH.
